FJM Insurance Services, LLC owner FJ McDougald is an Insurance Broker with more than 30 years of experience in the Insurance industry.  She holds licenses in life and health as well as property and casualty insurance.  Throughout her career, Fj has remained deeply committed through her work.

As a state-licensed insurance agent and consultant, FJ has established partnerships and professional alliances with numerous agencies and insurance carriers, including AAA, GEICO, Citigroup, Humana, United healthcare, Aetna, Devoted, Johns Hopkins, and Kaiser Permanente, among many others.

As a top producer and regional manager, FJ developed specialized expertise across a wide range of life, health and property insurance products while building lasting relationships with clients and customers through professionalism, trust and personalized service.

For over 13 years, FJ also expanded her professional work with Goodwill Industries of Central & Coastal Virginia, a global, non-profit organization.  During her tenure, she successfully guided individuals with disabilities to achieve their ultimate independence.  Although her time at Goodwill Industries was rewarding, she was compelled to return to the insurance industry with a new focus of assisting the country's senior population.

It is her goal to maintain a high level of integrity and to lead with empathy, providing personalized, tailored solutions with her clients' unique needs in mind.

Her ultimate mission "if she can help someone along the way, then her living shall NOT be in vain".
